About the role We are looking for an Officer – Talent Acquisition to be a part of the HR team by effectively delivering work allocation and overall service performance to meet the required service levels to global stakeholders. This role’s primary accountabilities are to: Reporting line: Senior Talent Acquisition Partner Scope: Your scope will include (but not limited to) below:
  • Experience in managing end to end recruitment life cycle. Sourcing and screening resumes, interview scheduling, navigating through pre-employment checks and offer process.
  • Partnering with the business to drive recruitment cycle including key accountabilities and job brief discussions, shortlist review, feedback discussions and first-day contact.
  • Actively partnering with and supporting the Recruitment Partner , Regional HR Ops and other stakeholders to ensure recruitment demand is met within the given timelines.
  • Manage experienced hire interview process including: sourcing and screening resumes, selecting candidates for interview, conducting interview kick-offs and debrief sessions, negotiate offers, managing offer approval process, extending offers and rejecting candidates
  • Establishing, developing and maintaining partnerships with key stakeholders and recruitment and talent team to ensure clarity of strategy and the translation of this into an effective recruitment strategy
  • Complying with and ensuring complete adherence to all data protection policies and guidelines
  • Providing any other in scope support within the agreed scope and timeframes
  • Working in a safe manner and considering the safety of others at all times
About you To be successfully considered for this role, you will have:
  • A graduate degree in any discipline , MBA preferred
  • 2-5 years of work experience in core recruitment background
  • Demonstrated intense drive for results and a proactive approach to recruiting
  • Strong knowledge and proficiency in identifying appropriate sourcing strategies and leveraging volume for greatest efficiency
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The flexibility of working across time zones
