JOB DESCRIPTION FOR MBA FINANCE Job Requirements

• Experienced / Fresher
• MBA Finance
• Very Fluent in English
• Above 80% marks
• 50 WPM Typing speed

Full We are looking for Fresher MBA in Finance with 0-2 years of experience in finance. Business planning and consolidation consultant role. Conduct research to collect/update data from company annual/financial reports & analyse them. Develop an understanding of financial statements and concepts, & knowledge of financial services. Knowledge of accounting procedures & financial reporting. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
• Should be able to do extensive market research about various businesses.
• Create business plan for any business.
• Analyse financial data and create financial models for decision support
• Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews
• Analyse past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
• Work closely with our M.D to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analysing actual results with plans and forecasts
• Guide the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures
• Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization
• Recommend actions by analysing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; study proposed changes in methods and materials

• Candidate Must be Post graduate in MBA Finance

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Schedule:

• Evening shift (2.30pm-11.30pm)
