Provide data analytics and recommendations to drive improvement. Responsibilities includes but not limited to data analytics, BI reporting, master data creation, edition, validation, approval, and maintenance. Manage, standardize, cleansing and governance of all Sourcing database and system. Responsibilities Role Specific Responsibilities: Responsible for all SAP Master Data Governance. Assess existing data and perform data cleansing. Work with IT to remove absolute or duplicate data after evaluation. Review, validate, approve vendor and material master data entry or modification. Validate and maintain \'Best Records\' master data in SAP to ensure data integrity. Replicate master day to non-SAP and SAP system. Provide updated consolidated master data for analytical or operational use. Perform spend analytics and recommendations to drive improvement. Prepare data visualization and prepare reports using graphics or BI on regular basis. Become super user of all sourcing tools and platform. Provide user training. Work closely with IT on data testing, modification, integration, etc. Create, update, and maintain Market trend index and reports.
