You will be working as Master Data Analyst - General Accounting, reporting to Accounting & Reporting Manager for Finance Operational Service based in Bangalore, India. You will be responsible to support accounting and reporting matters to business/reporting units through resolution of accounting and reporting questions, financial statement reviews and preparation, as well as follow-up on accounting issuesYour responsibilities Performing general accounting master data activities like profit center and cost centers Validating the respective request and doing changes in respective GL account, profit center and cost centers Maintaining and processing of journal entries Maintaining month end book closing activities Co-ordinating and handling the audit queries and SOX compliance Your background Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in general accounting related activities like master data Must have experience in Record to Report (R2R) Should be flexible with shift timings Working knowledge in MS office (Excel, Word and PPT) Familiar with tool like MDG, Blackline, Trintech etc More about us ABB Finance is a trusted partner to the business and a world-class team who delivers forward-looking insights that drive sustainable long-term results and operates with the highest standards.
