This role will provide MDM support for Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ), Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM implementations. You'll be part of the IT team supporting all functions across Sales, Marketing, Services, Customer Success, Finance and HR as it relates to master data management, quality and governance. This role will closely partner with the IT Delivery teams - G&A systems, GTM Systems and Enterprise Business Intelligence.

In this role you will...

  • Support Master Data Management initiatives across various functional areas, to develop and improve Master Data Management, Data Quality and Data Governance.
  • Execute project- and production-support efforts in business automation of current processes related to Data within the Enterprise.
  • Work with the Marketing, Field Ops, Rev Ops, IT and Finance teams to evaluate business needs and priorities, liaise with key business partners and address team needs related to data quality, completeness, and data management.
  • Asist the org in adopting standards for global compliance and master data integrity across the company including working with global business leaders to assure compliance and develop improvement projects.
  • Participate weekly, monthly and quarterly quality assurance checks and support the cross-functional Master Data Governance forum.
  • Run automated scripts and solutions for automating business processes including the uploading of master data into CRM/ERP systems.
  • Effectively manage day-to-day activities to ensure completion of key tasks and activities related to ensuring accuracy and that all master data is current and to correct any data anomalies.
  • Contribute to master data management documentation, while ensuring cross-functional adoption and approval.
  • Develop technical skills needed to support master data across all areas of the company and interface with process teams for Salesforce and Oracle Cloud ERP design and new functionality.
  • Assist the MDM lead in maintaining the roadmap and to develop innovative solutions for MDM.
You have what it takes if you have...
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology or Computer Science/Engineering related field.
  • 3+ years' experience in IT or Sales Ops, working with CRM master data and transactional data, in the context of lead to opportunity and quote to order processes in a SaaS environment.
  • Basic understanding of data quality, duplication rules, data quality, profiling, and completeness and how these impact reporting and dashboards.
  • Good understanding of pipeline and forecast reporting, customer segmentation, and territory management, and their relationship to master data quality.
  • Experience handling data for Salesforce CRM, CPQ, Oracle Cloud ERP for all key master data.
  • Experience in pulling data directly from systems such as Salesforce, via front-end reports or SQL.
  • Good communication skills with a demonstrated record of engaging with one or more of these functions: IT, Engineering, Finance, HR, Sales, and Operations teams.
  • Curiosity and technical aptitude to understand how data is structured.
  • Good organization and multi-tasking skills with ability to manage multiple data activities.
  • Skilled at active listening, written and verbal communication.
  • Proven ability to work in a team environment, collaborating with peers and providing appropriate leadership and guidance.
  • Must be proactive, self-starting and intrinsically motivated.
  • Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment.
