What\'s the role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Master Data Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing large datasets to derive valuable insights that drive strategic decision-making and optimize business operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency, while also developing and implementing data governance frameworks. Further roles and responsibilities: Establish and track master data process activity, data quality metrics and prepare monthly data quality reports, collaborating with stakeholders to address inconsistencies Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure master data accurately represents business reality and assess business impact and missed opportunities caused by poor data quality Support data creation and modifications for new modules, releases, and projects and conduct data quality reviews to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and system requirements Maintain accurate and consistent master data across multiple systems and develop and implement methodologies to dynamically update master data based on rules and performance. Utilize data analytics tools to identify anomalies and update multiple systems using mass upload functionality and manage and resolve business issues within defined SLA levels. Document and update best practices for all responsibilities and provide support to team members when needed. What we need from you Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A master\'s degree is a preferred. 3-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, with a strong focus on master data management Strong knowledge of data management concepts, including data governance, data quality, and data integration Strong analytical, numerical, math, statistics skills with strong attention to detail, accuracy and follow through Willingness to be assigned to Bangalore, work during US timings in a hybrid set up COMPANY DESCRIPTION An innovative place to work There\'s never been a more exciting time to work at Shell.
