Job Responsibilities:

• Production planning of lines
• process, equipment and layout planning to meet production schedule
• Implement Digital Manufacturing via Tecnomatix(TCX) at different Product lines at Daimler Truck Manufacturing Plants Globally.
• interface development between different Manufacturing System & Tecnomatix Process Designer(ex: TCX-TiCon, TCX-PPA, TCX-Faplis\xe2\x80\xa6)
• Product Data Provisioning (Alphanumeric & PDMU Data) for different Product lines.
• Line Balancing for New Product Lines & Existing line along with implemented changes for given Takt-Time.
• Assist in Initial Front Loading of Project/Product line (Assignment of Process, Resources & Parts)
• Tecnomatix global support on Advance to Mfg Site Key User\'s.
• Provide user level support for all Tecnomatix(TCX) functional related issues
• Requirement gathering via regular Mfg site key user\'s meeting for development of additional custom Function\'s/Method\'s/Report\'s.
• develop s ite specific custom Methods/Functions/Reports in Process Designer.
• Conduct Management Review Meeting/Workshops involving all Stakeholders to provide Mfg Site/Project Updates & address any concerns/issues.
• develop and support line specific visualization using using technologies like BI, Grafana, etc .

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor/Masters of Engineering /Technology.
• Experience of~7-12 years in Implementing Digital Manufacturing.
• Functional Knowledge of Tecnomatix, eMserver, Process Designer & Process Simulate.
• Knowledge of Oracle Database & Webservers with programming knowledge
• Experience in Scripting (PowerShell, Batch, VBA & Excel Macro).
• Working in Multinational E nvironment.

Added Advantage:

• Functional working knowledge of TiCon, Faplis, Production Planning Aggregate.
• Knowledge of different PLM & MES Systems in Automobile Industry.
• Knowledge on Augmented Reality for Manufacturing.
