Job Purpose * 100% compliance in Legal Interception obligation mandated by the Standard Operating Procedure.

• Constant Support to Law Enforcement Agencies (LEA\'s) for data disclosures, Location information and Subscriber detail information.
• Timely and correct filings of all reports & returns and reconciliations with Government Authorities and LEAs.
• Adhering and ensuring 100% to confidentiality and privacy of information.
• Interaction with Circle TERM officials (Security) offices and LEAs and protect company\'s Interests.
• Attend the various courts across Tamil Nadu and depose as witness and provide evidence through 65-B Certifications

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

• Provide timely information with TAT pertaining to :

• CDR , SDR and Roaming CDR
• Location Information

• Ensure the request is always from an agency authorized by the DoT.
• All e-mail correspondence is carried out only on authorized E-Mail IDs.
• Provide information only to authorized agencies on specific query related to Nodal activities/operations.
• Ensure CONFIDENTIALITY of external communication between LEAs / Govt. Agencies and internally within the company.
• Enable submission of ILD / GPRS interception requests to Corporate ILD Nodal desk within specified time limits.

• Deal with variety of security and nodal issues without compromising confidentiality.
• Maintain 100% compliance to process and security conditions.
• High maturity levels to deal with LEAs and govt. officials without compromising Security conditions and directives given in the LI SoP.
• Maintaining cordial relationships with LEAs and govt. officials.

Must have technical / professional qualifications

• Graduation in any discipline.(Preference for Law Graduates)
• Good communication and inter personal skills.
• Sound understanding of security issues.
• Computer skills mandatory
• Reading and writing skills in Tamil compulsory.
