Roles and Responsibilities Complaints Management
Ensuring quality of responses along with adherence to TAT.
Ensuring escalation and follow ups with respective units
Liasoning with RBI officials for E2E closure of cases.
Ensuring CRM entry for all cases logged and timely resolution and closure of CRMs.
Initiating and E2E monitoring of notices received from Income Tax Dept. and law enforcement agencies/cyber crime / enforcement directorate.
Ensuring that calls from customers are attended to and necessary details are captured before initiating the case as required.
Ensuring that letters / notices received at nodal desk are actioned / logged .
Handling Nodal desk\'s generic email IDs initiating the cases with concerned teams capturing the customer core issues correctly
RCA / Process Improvements
RCA of all BO / RBI Complaints Proactively identifying, analyzing and improving upon existing business processes for optimization.
MIS
Prepare various MIS and identify recurring types of complaints Complaint Records Management Maintaining a comprehensive tracker for all the cases handled by the Nodal desk
Awards / Advisories / Appreciation from RBI
