Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent for the open positions.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for Enterprise Sales positions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external recruitment sources.
- Develop and implement recruitment processes and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to ensure effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
- Develop and manage recruitment budget.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a Enterprise sales environment.
- Proven track record of successful recruitment and selection.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
