TA Manager
A leading law firm is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition professional to lead the TA vertical for its Bangalore location. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this is an individual contributor role.
Roles and responsibilities will be:
- Complete lateral hiring for the Bangalore location (legal + support functions) - up to 20 positions annually (freshers to counsel)
- Lead the pan India campus hiring (140 positions filled this year)
- Collaborate with pan India internship SPOC for PPOs
- Maintain constant connect with RPO, vendors and recruiters
- Head hunting on LinkedIn and otherwise
- Use the referral program for lateral hires
- Internal stakeholder management
- Internal SuccessFactors recruitment CoE database
Ideal candidate: someone with 5-7 years of Talent Acquisition experience; who has managed senior stakeholders, comes with a smart personality to capitalize on the internal referral program and make connects with the employees
