WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
- Develop a digital strategy for corporate brand Gulf as well as for all its sub-brands and products
- Identify key priorities across domains - Search, Social, Video and Content to amplify key brand communication and think & leverage full funnel planning.
- Oversee and lead the digital deployment of brand campaigns, plan & evaluate the right content across platforms. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing & content campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Work with Product/Category teams and cross-functional teams to leverage digital as a media vehicle for all brands. Help them think Digital/Content first and create platform-fit digital assets
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points, to build 1st party data pool
- Ensure all digital touchpoints have always-one content, campaign calendar is planned and executed in time by working with agencies
- Run Lead Generation Campaigns for our B2B vertical
- Regular maintenance and updation of company Website and other digital assets.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?
- 4-5 years of strong experience on overall media especially digital & content marketing with a proven track record of success in delivering effective digitally led Marketing programs
- Experience working with/at digital marketing agencies.
- Experience in managing and executing digital touchpoints (social, search, campaign, analytics, data).
- Thorough understanding of brand & performance campaign thinking and execution
- Experience working on end-to-end content projects i.e. Ideation to development to deployment
- Superior communication skills, including the ability to take complex, ambitious topics and create compelling narratives for different audiences
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Passion for the digital world and its implications for business and to inspiring action in others. Up to date with the latest trends in the Digital Marketing Eco-System
- Ability to cope with change and to work within an agile environment
- Good to have - Understanding of e-Commerce management
Qualification: MBA/PG with Majors in Marketing or Communications.
Certification: Certifications of major Platforms (eg. Google, FB, etc.) Preferred
