The Role: We are looking for a Contracts team manager to join the team. The role involves, managing the team, ensuring we are compliant and adhering to legal terms, conditions and policies. This is a high impact role that has an important role in the overall operational efficiency of the contracts team. In this role you will:

• Responsible for a team of contracts specialists
• Working cross functionally with al the key stakeholders in the business
• Drafting, reviewing employment agreements, commercial agreements, and corporate agreements
• Providing accurate, relevant, and timely advice on legal topics (e.g., fintech, labour laws, corporate, etc.)
• Assist with the review and negotiation of client and vendor agreements and in furtherance of internal compliance initiatives.
• Provide day-to-day proactive employment law counselling and support resolution of HR and legal employment issues.
• Handle and assist in a variety of other issues and projects that arise from time to time

What do we need?

• Previous experience in a similar role and managing a team
• Experience of at least 8+ years in a Corporate Environment
• Legal Background or BA studies in a similar field
• Great attention to detail and organisational skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
