Responsibilities:

Develop Creative Concepts:

Team Leadership:

- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of creative professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment for growth.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate with various teams to maintain consistent messaging and visual branding across all touchpoints.

Enhance Visual Presence:

- Offer strategic insights to elevate our brand\'s visual presence and storytelling across diverse platforms.

Visual Asset Creation:

- Oversee the creation of captivating visual assets, spanning print materials to digital content.

Copywriting Background:

- Leverage your background in copywriting to craft compelling and engaging content that resonates with our target audience.

Stay Ahead of Trends:

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and emerging creative techniques to ensure our brand remains innovative.

Effective Management:

- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-schedule delivery of high-quality work.

Present Creative Concepts:

- Communicate creative concepts effectively to internal stakeholders and clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of our brand.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor\'s/PG degree in Marketing, Advertising, Fine Arts, or a related field.

- Proven track record in creative leadership, preferably within branding or advertising.

- Strong grasp of advertising principles, design aesthetics, and visual communication.

- Exceptional managerial skills, capable of leading and inspiring a creative team.

- Knowledge in industry-standard design software and tools.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Malayalam and English.

- Strategic thinking with a problem-solving mindset, capable of translating business goals into creative solutions.

- High creativity and out-of-the-box thinking.

- Strong project management skills, ensuring efficient execution of projects.
