Profile : Sales manager Personal loanExperience : 4 - 8 yearsCTC : Upto 8 LPALocation : Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Pune, Ahemdabad & BanglorePrincipal Duties/Responsibilities : - Source and on-board new channels, connectors etc. to increase penetration in the allocated area- Maintain positive business relationships with Channel Partners and Bank back office teams- Train and support Channel Partners on a regular basis to ensure maximum productivity Conduct activities across Corporate, Malls, Railway Stations etc. to generate new leads for Company's products and services- Source, guide and assist customers to select the most suitable product, basis the profile and Bank/leader policies- Ensure the timely completion of applications and relevant documents sourced, by promptly coordinating with Channel Partners and Customers- Achieve the targets assigned as per the work profile and geography- Promote and sell/cross sell products/services using in depth product knowledge- Expedite the resolution to the problems or complaints to maximize customer/channel partner satisfaction- Coordinate with Bank and in-house team to accelerate the work process- Reach out to old and new customers with various products offers and pitch them the benefits (ref:updazz.com)
