Setting business development and strategy for the restaurant chain
Extensive analysis covering all sales aspects of sales and preparing the marketing plan in line with the brand vision and objectives
Setting up overall business strategy-new outlet development, communication strategy, budget, calendar, events calendar, digital media, social media and promotional activities with local media and media agencies
Manage and update of restaurant\xe2\x80\x99s content on the website
Manage an events schedule to maximize yield and ensure the complete administration and execution of all planned events
Attend events, as required, in order to build relationships with a network of potential customers and develop possible business opportunities.
Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads
Receive and convert incoming enquiries to achieve targets and maximize revenue
