  • Real Estate experience of 6-7 years exp. in real estate CRM
JD Description:
  • Communication with customers over the mail and phone
  • Doing payment follow up
  • Bank Loan Coordination
  • ATS/Sale Deed Execution
  • Attending customer's complaints
  • Visiting site for inspections and CRM concerns, if required
  • Handover and Possession formalities
  • Resolution of customer's queries/complaints
  • Preparing Reports
  • Interdepartmental Coordination and with Sites as well
