- Opportunity within a company with a solid track record of performance- Leadership Role- Strong opportunities to progress your career- Our client is a real estate service provider in primary and secondary market.The JobYou will be responsible for :- Leading digital strategy and innovation through the development and implementation of comprehensive digital marketing and ecommerce programs in line with business priorities.- Leading digital strategy and innovation through the development and implementation of comprehensive digital marketing programs in line with business priorities.- Driving sales objectives and achieving commercial budget and targets.- Identifying new sales opportunities and building client relationships.- Building a high performing team by providing strong mentorship, coaching and guidance.- Ensuring timely recognition and reward for top achievers and implement performance management actions when needed.- Ensuring proper use of the database and tools to track performance.- Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor analysis.- Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing programs in line with brand plans and business priorities.- Working with content marketing and design teams to create suitable content for each stage of a customer's digital journey.- Reviewing and optimising the design and content of all online assets including the company website and social media pages.- Planning and control of the digital marketing budget and spend by allocating budgets to different channels.- Using A/B testing to optimise digital marketing performance.- Analysing the results and effectiveness of campaigns to deliver actionable insights and recommendations and generating monthly reports on the digital marketing portfolio.- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.- New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.- Setting weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets for the team and driving them to achieve these.- Planning and executing viral marketing campaigns across a range of social media platforms.- Designing and developing strong employer branding strategy.- Partnering with various internal and external stakeholders to promote and communicate the employee value proposition (EVP) and help position the company as an employer of choice.- Building campaigns to support recruitment and drive talent attraction and engagement across multiple channels.- Analysing and interpreting metrics to measure the success of employer branding initiatives.- Managing a team of 1-5 people.Ideal CandidateSkills Required :- You have at least 3 years experience ideally in Digital Marketing, Sales (B2C) or Business Development / Account Manager (B2B) within Real Estate industry.- You possess solid expertise in Direct Sales.- Experience within Digital Transformation / Change Management, Employer Branding, Social Media / Viral Marketing, would be a strong advantage.- Experience within Real Estate would be a strong advantage.- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments- You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems (ref:updazz.com)
