3-10 Hiring Preference : Scope of the Role: Responsible for managing RIC processes and fraud prevention at loan origination stage across all Retail Asset products. :
\xc2\xa7 Responsible for managing RIC processes and fraud prevention at loan origination stage of Credit Cards. \xc2\xa7 Review verification reports of sampled cases at loan origination stage \xc2\xa7 Scrutiny of discrepant documents submitted by the applicant for availing the loan \xc2\xa7 Investigate discrepant cases to identify involvement of applicant, collusion with Bank\'s outsourced channel at a Prevention stage \xc2\xa7 Carry out cross checks as specified across the various Products RIC Bulletins / rolled out by Central RIC team \xc2\xa7 Support in carrying out investigations of frauds detected post disbursement \xc2\xa7 Ensuring compliance with Outsourcing Policy of the Bank for all RIC vendors \xc2\xa7 Manage Outsourcing risk by carrying out checks on Outsourced agents. \xc2\xa7 Initiating action on erring Vendors and Vendor staff \xc2\xa7 Engaging with peer units to discuss and resolve matters pertaining to cases \xc2\xa7 Agency management and imparting trainings to agencies and support staff Liasoning with law enforcement agencies for Filing of police complaints in single manned locations OR in case of any exigencies due to which the Investigation team Line manager is indisposed. \xc2\xa7 Field visits to vendors, customers in local and deep geo locations \xc2\xa7 Investigate on PD/RBI/BO/Sr. Management escalations and resolve \xc2\xa7 Investigate and initiate approval for decisions like loss booking, credit to customer, insurance route etc. Ideal Candidate: Looking for a candidate with a good knowledge in Fraud Prevention & Detection being in a Bank of NBFC. Also having a good understanding about Credit Risk Intelligence.
