- Minimum 3 years of experience with a proven track record of successful campaigns and designs.
- Strong design sense and ability to conceptualize and develop creative ideas.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and concepts clearly and concisely.
- Positive attitude, willingness to collaborate, and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Develop and implement creative concepts and designs for advertising campaigns, brand collateral, and marketing materials
- Collaborate with the brand team to understand their vision, goals, and target audience, and translate those into compelling visual stories
- Lead brainstorming sessions with the creative team, and be willing to debate and discuss copy, themes, and ideas
- Work with copywriters to ensure that copy and design are cohesive and consistent
- Develop and manage design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality and timely execution
- Work closely with other team members, including copywriters, creative leads, and web developers, to ensure seamless integration of creative elements
- Keep up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and share this knowledge with the team to ensure our work stays fresh and relevant
