Lead /Specialist IT System Administrator

Your Tasks:

• Lead IT System Analyst/ Specialist is responsible for Service Management for Systems Engineering Embedded Software and Application lifecycle tools by handling Incident management.
• First contact person to business area regarding IT business Engineering application needs. Coordination IT requests inside ZF´s IT areas.
• Expert Incident and Request support for Embedded Software tools.

• Incident and Request support for Application Lifecycle tools.

• Release and upgrade coordination/delivery. Coordination clients install package design and deployment. Issue coordination with tool Vendors and IT Build team. License administration support for Vector and dSPACE products. Creating and updating handling instructions, documentations, and knowledge base articles. Consulting and cooperating with other Engineering global IT teams.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, Electronics or similar.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the IT field encompassing a majority of the following areas – – Software Engineering Design, ALM, Active Driving Assist Systems, Data Base and Testing.
• Experience providing customer support and resolution of technical issues.
• Proven analytical abilities in addition to strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills..
• ITIL®/MCSE/CCP – V or related Information Systems certifications would be an advantage.Knowledge in Linux platform, Microsoft SQL Database server would be an advantage.
