• Checks the possibilities for technical realization regarding the requirements.

Position: Knowledge Management - Automation Digitalization Analyst

Description of the role:

The Knowledge Management Automation Digitalization Analyst will:

• Explore the opportunities of current next evolution of SGRE IT landscape tools related to knowledge creation, use and sharing (primarily MS365)
• Define the roadmap and requirements needed for the KM data sets and procedures to evolve current KM framework into the an step by step efficient and value added solution, from current manual status to an automated and digitalized one
• Lead the transformation of disconnected KM data sets into an structured database, as an starting foundational step`, defining structuring and governing rules to be applied by the KM asset owners
• Define the functional requirements and lead the development, testing and user experience of:

• automation of the KM assets management, attending to the KM processes and framework
• automation of the build and update of the CT&S KM user portal -named LiNK- and connected with ours KM links and references database as a source
• digitalization of the KM solution, by the incorporation of last technologies offered by our IT suppliers (mostly MS PowerVA \xe2\x80\x93 Bot, Azure Cognitive, MS copilot\xe2\x80\xa6)

Competencies:

• Data structuring and digitalization of processes using MS365 ecosystem (AI tools, PowerVA, PowerAutomate\xe2\x80\xa6) \xe2\x80\x93 Required
• Multinational and cultural diverse project teams experience, communication - Required
• High communication skills on English language, both written and spoken - Required
• Stake holder Mapping/Management - Required
• Data management at resources competencies, learning or documentation data capturing and sharing (tools like Azure Cognitive) \xe2\x80\x93 Nice to have
• Sharepoint library administration and publishing \xe2\x80\x93 Nice to have
• Other digital skills that can be applied to automate and digitalize knowledge capture, management, sharing and use \xe2\x80\x93 Nice to have
• Project Management basic experience and knowledge \xe2\x80\x93 Nice to have
