Job Title : Automation Test Analyst Location: Pune

• Work very closely with the team to deliver robust test automation, harnesses to meet complex testing needs of various scrum / agile teams for different projects.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining automated suites and ensure scripts are maintained in the repo.
• Ensure the regression suite coverage, lead the release activities and track / address those issue for closure as part of the release activities.

What will you be doing?

• Perform the role of Test Lead in managing and guiding the test team to achieve high quality of deliveries
• Contribute in automation of test scripts, prepare test scenarios, test cases and review teams work
• Review and update the test repository with the changing functionalities. Track and report progress, identify and mitigate any risks to delivery
• Participate in various tech transformation initiatives and contribute in adopting new tools and technologies
• Mentor and guide team in achieving individual and organisation goals
• Interface with integration teams for E2E tests &Integration tests, perform integration and sort out the issues.
• Hands on experience in automating API (SOAP, REST and Micro Services) and Web
• Strong working knowledge of testing concepts – test plan / strategy, test design & execution, defect management, test reporting, test automation with associated technologies such as .net / C#, Karate, Specflow, Selenium, SOAP, REST and Micro Services & etc.,
• Creation/Automation of test data and test harnesses
• Develop test harness, data generation tools, test mocks to support unit and API level testing
• Good experience with Automated functional testing strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and excellent communication
• Contribute to development of automation test strategies and implement, Hands on automated and manual test, lead the team and address the issue / blocker from defect resolution, test environment connectivity, functionality understanding & etc.,
• Experience as software engineer in tester or software development engineer in test with the mind-set to identify the issues and collaborate with engineers in resolving the issues.
• Collaborate with performance test engineer and schedule the performance & load testing and ensure the meets the SLA.
• Experience on a team using Agile project management tools - Rally, JIRA, Continuous Integration
• Ability to quickly learn new business domains and processes.
• Prior experience with .NET, C#, Oracle databases, SQL Databases etc.
• Good understanding of the application system

What we’re looking for:

• Demonstrated expertise in Object Oriented Programming, and polyglot programming proficiencies in C#, .net

Must have solid .net, c# experience Expertise in test automation (functional, unit & integration level - tools like mstest, nunit, webdriver, jmeter, soapui / postman, selenium, specflow, karate etc.) Proven track record for agile, test-driven development, behaviour driven development, continuous integration, and automated testing Active contributor to open source tools towards Automation / Quality Engineering Good at art of questioning and critical thinking Aptitude to learn tools/apps/processes/domains Ability to articulate thoughts spoken/written with global teams Knowledge of testing terminologies, processes and tools Build, Leverage and Maintain effective alliance with Business/Development / DevOps team. Experience with Agile Software development methodologies and able to adapt him/her-self with the fast pace environment. Experience with testing applications on cloud based environment like Amazon Cloud (AWS), MS Cloud (Azure), etc is an added advantage. • Interact with different team in resolving the integration issues by collaborating with engineers, architect & etc.,
• Interact with stakeholders such as developers, devops engineers & etc., and resolve the issues.
• Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to find ways to overcome obstacles and self-teach new concepts
• Should have had experience of working with cross cultural teams at multi locations.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
