: Roles & Responsibilities: Monitor and analyse surveillance systems, including advanced CCTV cameras, access control systems, and alarm systems, across our [facility/properties/clients]. Should be able to supervise and observe suspicious actions by the people and take necessary actions. Report any security breaches, incidents, or unusual behavior to the appropriate personnel promptly and accurately. Maintain accurate records of incidents and prepare detailed incident reports for documentation and analysis. Conduct regular checks and inspections of security equipment to ensure proper functioning, promptly reporting any issues for immediate resolution. Communicate and collaborate with law enforcement agencies or emergency services when required, providing accurate and timely information. Attention to detail with the ability to think logically and quickly grasp the entire process / workflow. Requirements: Basic technical knowledge and computer proficiency Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective reporting and clear communication during emergencies or incidents. Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and ethical considerations related to security and surveillance. Knowledge of managing digital files and documentations Problem-solving abilities 6.
