As an Associate, your primary responsibilities will involve, among other IR related activities, the following:
  • Project management of any fundraising projects including management of investor database, meeting schedules and notes, investor follow-up tasks, weekly internal updates
  • Coordinating and managing responses for investor due diligence questionnaires
  • Investor presentation materials including preparation and update of presentation materials
  • Investor communications an any fund related matters including reporting, advisory committee related topics, annual reports
  • Managing and coordinating public relations matters including newsletters, social media
  • Attending investor calls and meetings as needed
  • Working with the relevant teams on co-investment processes

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of post-MBA (from premier institute) relevant experience
  • Candidates working in Investor Relation roles in Alternate Investment Funds OR Conglomerates
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and work well with colleagues in multiple offices
  • Intermediate understanding of corporate finance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities and under pressure, and is a selfstarter, willing to take ownership and accountability
