Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Investor Relations Associate located in Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Investor Relations Associate will be responsible for managing investor relationships, communicating with clients, and performing a range of analytical tasks related to investments and private equity. The Investor Relations Associate will work closely with the Valorem Advisors team to provide high-quality services to our clients. Communication:

• Act as a liaison between the company and its investors, providing timely and accurate information.
• Develop and maintain relationships with shareholders, analysts, and institutional investors.
• Prepare and distribute financial reports, presentations, and other materials for investor meetings and conferences.

Financial Analysis:

• Monitor and analyze financial statements, market trends, and industry developments to provide insights to investors.
• Assist in the preparation of financial models and valuation analyses.
• Stay informed about economic and regulatory changes that may impact the company and its investors.

Strategic Planning:

• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement investor relations strategies.
• Participate in the planning and execution of investor roadshows, conferences, and other events.
• Provide input on key messaging and positioning to enhance the company\'s image in the financial community.

Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and disclosure obligations.
• Work with legal and finance teams to coordinate the release of financial information and reports.

Feedback Gathering:

• Gather feedback from investors and analysts to understand their concerns, expectations, and perceptions.
• Communicate investor feedback to internal stakeholders to drive improvements in communication and strategy.

Crisis Management:

• Assist in developing communication strategies during periods of financial volatility or crisis.
• Address investor inquiries and concerns with a focus on maintaining transparency and trust.

Technology Utilization:

• Utilize investor relations tools and platforms to enhance communication and data dissemination.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of financial markets, securities regulations, and corporate governance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Experience with investor relations software and tools is a plus.
