targeted, and impactful message.
\xef\x82\xb7 Builds and maintains solid partnerships with assigned internal clients to better
develop, coordinate, direct, and facilitate strategic communications designed
to meet business goals.
\xef\x82\xb7 Designs campaigns to target specific audiences, placing an emphasis and
discipline on campaign performance to help with recommendations for future
programs.
\xef\x82\xb7 Directs in-house and external graphic designers, photographers, and other
media-production specialists integral to the completion of marketing projects.
\xef\x82\xb7 Contributes ideas for new programs, researching and recommending
innovative branding techniques.
\xef\x82\xb7 Researches and understands key business challenges, customer behavior,
target audiences, competitive activity, and environmental factors that impacts
programs within the business and assigned departments.
\xef\x82\xb7 Provides hands-on advertising support for assigned departments, paying close
attention to timelines.
\xef\x82\xb7 Identifies and presents opportunities for consistency in messaging and
customer experience across channels from in-store signage to digital to print.
\xef\x82\xb7 Develops an understanding of short- and long-term department goals and
planned initiatives.
\xef\x82\xb7 Adjusts and communicates plan changes as necessary to ensure costs for
materials, media, and labor are in line with the sales potential for a specific
product or campaign.
\xef\x82\xb7 Works with leadership to take the pulse of overall business activity to identify
cross-marketing opportunities.
\xef\x82\xb7 Stays informed of developments in the field of marketing and communications
within the industry to foster ideas and innovation.
Communications Manager Qualifications/Skills:
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong, versatile copywriting skills
\xef\x82\xb7 Good organizational, planning, and coordination and Leadership skills
\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to multi-task , strategize and re-prioritize as needed
\xef\x82\xb7 Should be good team player
\xef\x82\xb7 Desire to take full ownership of assigned projects and can work along with
team and deliver in given time line.
\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
\xef\x82\xb7 Possesses a sense of urgency; is self-motivated and detail-minded
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build collaborative relationships
\xef\x82\xb7 Good verbal presentation, group dynamic, and facilitation skills
\xef\x82\xb7 Proactive approach in resolving problems and issues Education and Experience Requirements:
\xef\x82\xb7 BA /MA in journalism, strategic communications, or equivalent
\xef\x82\xb7 Minimum 8+ years of advertising or marketing experience in digital Agency ,
event company, Media Agency
\xef\x82\xb7 Demonstrated experience with all types of social media (e.g. Facebook,
Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
\xef\x82\xb7 Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and web content management systems
