What this job involves:
The primary role is to produce engaging, informative, and persuasive content to promote workplace experience, educate clients and prospects, and establish thought leadership within the organization.
Content Creation: Compose high-quality, original, and well-researched written content such as blog posts, articles, white papers, case studies, e-books, social media posts, website copy, and promotional materials related to day-to-day activities in the workplace.
Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research on facility management trends, best practices, industry news, and relevant topics to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information in the content. Analyse target audience and competitor content to identify content gaps and opportunities.
Content Strategy: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop content strategies that align with business objectives, target audience, and brand guidelines. Plan and organize content calendars, ensuring consistent delivery of valuable content across various platforms.
Editing and Proofreading: Review, edit, and proofread content for grammar, style, clarity, and consistency. Ensure adherence to brand voice, tone, and style guidelines.
Content Distribution: Publish and distribute content on relevant platforms, including websites, blogs, social media channels, email newsletters, and industry forums. Engage with the audience through comments, discussions, and social media interactions.
Collaboration: Collaborate with subject matter experts, facility managers, and other stakeholders to gather insights and ensure the accuracy and relevance of the content. Work closely with marketing, sales, and design teams to align content with overall marketing campaigns.
Content Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools, and track key metrics such as engagement, conversion rates, and user behavior. Make data-driven decisions to optimize content strategy and improve results.
Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in facility management. Attend conferences, webinars, and industry events to broaden your knowledge and network with professionals.
Compliance and Legal Considerations: Ensure compliance with copyright laws, data protection regulations, and other legal requirements when using third-party content or handling sensitive information.
Coordination with internal stakeholders/service partners: Collaborate closely with service partners and take responsibility for any in-house collaboration or events to ensure faultless management from start to finish.
