We are looking for an Internal Comms and Engagement Advisor who will help coordinate business and staff communications for our teams based in India, our biggest and fastest growing employee population globally, and who form our biggest Centre of Excellence (CENX). This role would also advise on employee communications in our other CENX offices in Romania and Mexico. We are looking for an energetic and organised person who understands the value of social engagement and its impact on office culture across multiple locations and departments.

In this role, you will contribute to the delivery of our global internal comms strategy, ensuring local and departmental communications align with the company's overall messaging. Your main stakeholder from the business will be the global head of CENX and the India leadership team.

The Internal Comms and Engagement Advisor will work report into the Senior Internal Communications Manager in the UK, joining a small team that sits within the Group Executive department, with a dotted line into the Management team in Mumbai.

What will I be doing?

Partner with key functions based in India (India Management team, HR, Facilities, Finance, Client Services etc.) to understand their needs and advise on best approach to messaging, target audience and comms channels.

Support the India leadership team with all their regional communications

Write / edit drafts of internal communications emails, intranet news articles and documents.

Intranet news article scheduling and management.

Global comms calendar management.

Assist with wider Internal Comms team with channel maintenance - intranet, video library, Slack etc.

Support the delivery of global comms strategy and messaging with a particular focus on India and CENX.

Partner with local leadership and Facilities teams to deliver social engagement initiatives in our CENX offices in India, Romania and Mexico.

Qualifications

What do I need to bring with me?

1-2 years of professional experience in Internal Comms, Employee Engagement or HR.

Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.

Proficiency with Microsoft suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel), SharePoint and OneDrive.

Good interpersonal skills and collaborative approach.

Proactive and practical in approach, anticipating needs and responding appropriately.

Be able to maintain a positive attitude within a fast-paced environment.

Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.

Familiar with enterprise / business social networks, such as Slack.

Some Content Management System (CMS) experience for intranets or websites.
