Job Description


The successful candidate will:

  • Partner with the US-based Program Development Design Team, Company's University Leadership,
and other key stakeholders to address learning needs globally. Design, develop, and produce quality
learning programs with clear and measurable learning objectives
  • Ensure content is developed consistent with instructional design methodology and adheres to
learning strategies for the target audience
  • Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to design and develop training materials and reference
documentation
  • Create and/or review a variety of training deliverables, including but not limited to: Instructor and
participant guides, storyboards, web-based training, case studies and scenarios, and assessments,
Work with internal and cross-functional teams globally
  • Work independently on projects with minimal supervision
  • Adhere to design guidelines, best practices, and standards
  • Work collaboratively, participate in discussions, and suggest opportunities for continuous
improvement
  • Utilize ADDIE, SAM, Kirkpatrick, and other recognized models to rapidly design, develop, and publish
engaging course content and learning activities for ILT, online, and virtual modalities with
continuous evaluation/improvement cycles for the course content
  • Adapt instructional materials created for one format to another format (usually from face-to-face
to eLearning and virtual)
  • Other activities, as assigned by the Manager


Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree. 4 years of related experience


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience designing and developing ILT/eLearning materials (Note: A work sample
will be requested as part of the hiring process.)
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of eLearning development tools such as Captivate, Articulate
Studio (Mandate) /Storyline, Camtasia, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, or Flash
  • Demonstrated use of multiple learning methods and linking appropriate methods with learners and
outcomes
  • Program or project management skills
  • Excellent visualization, verbal and written communication skills
  • A team player, ability to work with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams, and willing to explore
and blend into a diverse and inclusive work culture environment
  • A self-starter who owns the process of creating training materials and can work throughout the
development process with minimal supervision, and partner with team members, wherever
required.
