Process Training Specialist
JOB PURPOSE: To execute vision & strategy laid out for training across all verticals by Change & Learning (C&L) Lead & drive other initiatives around Change Management, Knowledge Management, & Employee Engagement & Communications. The Process Training Specialist/Senior Process Training Specialist is responsible for building training content and delivery trainings in SCBg and also drive other initiatives around Change Management, Knowledge Management and Employee Engagament and Communications.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Closely collaborate with C&L Internal and Extended network and support functions to drive employee engagement and communications also work to make Shared Service Centre Delivery Network (SSCDN) a brand within and outside Bayer
• Support GTPM projects team to help them with projects/transformation framework and tools
• Designs and implements knowledge management and knowledge transfer framework, methodologies and tools across SSCDN and interfaces with partnership with SSCDN C&L peers
• Designing & implementing learning & training framework and methodologies with partnership with SSCDN C&L peers
• Training Content Development
• New Hire Onboarding & trainings for existing employees
• Conduct Skills Development Workshops

WHO YOU ARE:

• Graduate with specialization in finance
• Should have minimum of 1 – 3 years’ experience in Training
• Good knowledge of SAP FI/CO modules in SAP
• End to end expertise in any one of the processes or functions (Source to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report or Employee Services)
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Good communication skills, ability to influence stakeholders – Plan and Aligns
• Should be highly agile & Quick Learner
