Job Description

- Identifying business partners and selling ideas, services, client interaction, team building, prepares and performs customer presentations, including client meetings. Professional Skills : - Business Development - Inside Sales- Technical understanding - Market Research - Lead Generation - Online Bidder - Maintain Database & Data Mining Job Responsibility :- Cold-call prospects (CEOs, Project Managers, Decision Makers) that are generated by external sources of lead.- Strategic email writing to prospects and customers.- Inbound and Outbound customer calls and converts them into sales- Identify the requirement for both offshore as well as onsite.- End to End Client handling from starting to till closer.- Maintain, build and update calling/mailing databases- Research on different tools to increase the sales and business opportunities- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support- Explaining and demonstrating features of services with technical specifications.- Creating informative presentations, presenting and delivering information to potential clients- Perform effective online demos to prospects- Maintaining a database (CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information- Handling a team of Pre-sales, & Collaborating sales goals, planning, and strategies.- Overcome objections of prospective customers.- Regular follow up with potential new and existing customers- Maintaining & preparing daily & monthly reports according to requirement.- Internal team coordination for technical deck or presentation to be sent across- Creating proposal in-line with the prospect's requirement- Managing and coordinating RFI's and RFP's requirement within the given Deadline- Negotiate and Close maximum business to achieve the target for the team as well as individually. Mandatory : knowledge of Zoom-info, Sales Navigator & any CRM experience like Salesforce etc.- Specialized in ERP, SCM, Retail Management Solutions, customized software development & Mobile App, services and resourcing (Staff Augmentation).Skills / Attributes Required : - Any graduate, Marketing qualification, or an acceptable combination of education and experience.- Six to Eight years of work experience in IT sales (Inside Sales/ Business Development).- Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and achieve sales quotas.- Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control.- Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers.- Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.- Excellent listening skills.- Strong written communication skills.- Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.- Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures.- Experience with customer relationship management software.
