Job Description

- 3+ Years of proven experience in Lead Generation, Cold calling, Business Development, Inside Sales in IT Solutions/Services sales- Someone with good understanding of IT Managed Services, Datacenter Services, Cyber Security and Staff Augmentation, partner ecosystem and fair technical bent of mind. - Exposure to solutions sales in RPA/AI will be an added advantage.- Should have worked on any of the CRM tools- Aggressive and target driven, self-motivated- Engineering graduate is a plusJob Responsibilities :- Lead generations through databases, email campaigns, cold calling, referrals, social media etc. - Database generation and maintenance- Engaging with customers through calls/campaigns/referrals to generate new sales opportunities.- Connecting and maintaining healthy relationships with influencers and decision-makers involved in procuring IT/ITeS solutions- Building sales funnel and keeping track of closure- Identifying the prospect's needs and suggest appropriate solutions.- Managing to capture customer information & update CRM on a daily basis- Should be able to qualify the leads/prospects and identify potential opportunities with BANT information- Work closely with all the OEMs and Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new account, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations in co-ordinations with respective OEMs.- Work closely as a team with the respective BUs / Sales Specialist(s)- Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends and identifying sales opportunities- Develops accounts by checking customer's buying history, suggesting related and new items, and explaining technical features- Ownership of renewals- Maintain reports.Others : - Role will be primarily focused on India and adjoining geographies. However, the candidate should be open to work in East-coast time in case it is required in case-to-case basis (ref:updazz.com)
