Talent Acquisition Specialist BPO 2 - 1 - 2 years relevant experience in US Talent Acquisition/ US onboarding processes. University degree `-\'Prior experience with onboarding cycle in US Staffing background (Initiating paperwork, Running background checks for the selected candidates, coordinating with the recruiters and the BGC agency) - Good standard of English written communication (verbal also preferred) with customer service aptitude. - Prior experience of working with BGC agency\'s like First Advantage, USAA Fact etc. - Preferred Experience on MSA, SNOW, DocuSign, Employment checks document, E-Verification, etc. Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist BPO 3 - 3 - 4 years relevant experience in US Talent Acquisition/ US onboarding processes.
