Job Title: Recruiter - Investment Banking : Orcapod is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team in the Investment Banking sector. The ideal candidate will have experience hiring candidates with Order to Cash (O to C), Procurement to Pay (P to P), FPNA (Financial Planning and Analysis), Record to Report (R to R), and Associate/Sr. Associate in Investment Banking experience. This position is a work-from-home, full-time opportunity with flexible hours. Key Responsibilities: Source and attract potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals Screen and assess resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule interviews Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates Negotiate compensation and benefits packages with successful candidates Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and procedures Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies Requirements: Proven experience as a Recruiter in the Investment Banking sector Understanding of Order to Cash (O to C), Procurement to Pay (P to P), FPNA (Financial Planning and Analysis), Record to Report (R to R), and Associate/Sr. Associate roles in Investment Banking Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Good quality laptop and high-speed internet connection Work Schedule: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm Working days: Monday to Saturday; 2nd and 4th Saturday off Location: Anywhere in India Salary and Benefits: Gross salary of 10,000 to 17,000 per month Mobile bill and incentives included Interview Process: Round 1: Video Call Round 2: Video Call Document Submission HR Round Orcapod is an IT-industry focused staffing and recruitment company, with operations in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, and NCR.
