Service Now Developer with & Powershell / Javascript /Python - Gurgaon/Bangalore/Pune / Chennai - 1 to 3 yrs

What you will be doing:

• Follows documented network services processes and procedures \xe2\x80\x93 identifies gaps in processes or documentation and suggests improvements.
• Utilizing case management system (CMS), documents status updates and problem resolutions.
• Performs customer service duties and responds to customer requests as defined by management.
• Responds to customer requests as defined by management completing assignments in a timely manner with an acceptable level of quality.
• Prepares activity reports as requested by management.
• Identifies opportunities to improve workflow and creates supporting documentation for review by peers and management.

What you bring:

• Candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in Service Now Developer with & Powershell / Javascript /Python Developer.
• ServiceNow Admin Certification
• Experience coding in JavaScript, Java, EXtJS, Powershell, Python.
• Experience with Rest API, Soap API.
• Communicates ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner
• Flexibility, versatility, dependabilityGood Communication Skills
• Willing to work in 3.00 PM to 12.00 PM / 02.00 PM to 11.00 PM IST shift timing.

Added bonus if you have:

• Knowledge of FIS\xe2\x80\x99 products and services
• Knowledge of network technologies, i.e., routers, switches, load balancers, firewalls, network and routing protocols, DNS
• Knowledge of basic IT technologies, i.e., operating systems, network devices, software development and architecture
