Skills, Experience & Personality Fitment for this Profile Must have a minimum of 1 to 2 years of work experience in the field of Content Curation and a minimum of 2 years of total work experience in a full-time role in a relevant field. Possess decent knowledge and hands-on experience of working on National level curriculum and various subjects covering all classes. Deep hands-on experience in Content Curation in Hindi and English languages is mandatory in terms of reading, writing and speaking. In addition to this the candidate should be able to work on multiple regional languages of India. Researching and content exploring skills to collect and maintain all the good quality, free to use content sources available for State Board curriculums. And carry exposure to various available sources for relevant content including knowledge of new National Educational Policy. Possess good grip on MS Office / Google suite as this work will majorly happen in Excel and Word Files, one needs to be very comfortable operating these with attention to minute details. • To polish and improve our State boards Multimedia Content and to explore, categorize, align and present the best quality educational content relevant for learners from K-12 from the available Government and Partnered sources.
• To assist the Team Leads in terms of keeping an eye on the updates, changes being made in the State Boards Curriculum on a regular basis
• To understand in depth and grasp the Syllabus and the State Curriculum, its various subjects and courses and the content requirements for all these subjects and classes.
• To assist the team lead to collect and maintain all the good quality, free to use content sources available. And to keep an eye on Diksha for all the new additions being made.
• To keep on visiting the sites of various partner sources and Govt. sources to see for any updates.
• To get a thorough understanding of our present
• content library available in various languages.
• To check the sources used.
• To fill the alignment gaps and correct the errors.
• To improve and polish the alignment done and the OER added.
• To keep on updating and adding in or replacing the content as and when the need arises in the state board master sheets.
• To review and to finalize and make the corrected content ready to be delivered on all the platforms.
• To search for, curate, align and present the best quality content for State Boards, which includes the following steps -

• To get a grasp of the State Board curriculum through their textbooks.
• To compare our content library and the available shortlisted open educational resources with the curriculum to perfectly align the content with the curriculum.
• To curate, organize and categorize the content details in the Learning Management System in the required formats.

• To timely deliver the LMSs in the required formats to the team leads for all the projects
• To keep on adding, enriching and polishing the content in terms of other categories such as - practicals, DIYs, Notes, Digital Books and Syllabus Books.
• Work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. Address changes and ensure sending feedback to deliverables and get them fixed in a timely manner.
• You will work closely with the rest of the iDream Education team to ensure that we are delivering overall superior products and solutions to our users/customers.

Some Important Aspects of this Profile you should know This role would involve a lot of self-driven sharp and focussed work with end-to-end responsibility of the products. We are in a fast growth phase and therefore the need of the hour is a hands-on and fast paced approach to work with best of skills/communication and discipline. This role requires very responsible and efficient communication in all formats, verbal, written, messaging, email and documentation. We aspire to onboard an Executive - State Board Curriculum Curation who wishes to spend at least 2-3 years in deep product building/scaling and gain unprecedented experience and growth while growing the products and iDream Education. Job Type: Hybrid / Remote working-WFH Job Location: Sector - 32, Gurugram, India Remuneration: The CTC will be a combination of fixed monthly salary plus an annual bonus.
