Lead the marketing practice, Brand building and Corporate Communications The role will be reporting to the CEO Content Strategy: In collaboration with BU heads and partners, implement a refined Content Strategy aimed at achieving 100% Top of Mind Awareness (TOMA) in key focus areas. Managing the client brand for the target talent along with HR via Updating the organization\'s Manifesto Half-yearly, Vault Surveys, Glassdoor Ratings and reviews..etc. PR and Communications Social Media Marketing Internal, External, and leadership communication. The Successful Applicant 10+ years of experience leading the corporate communications functions in a B2B/ Captive or Consulting ecosystem Candidates with experience in managing corporate communications will be preferred. Proficiency in working with external agencies to develop & implement Online and on-ground Marketing campaigns. Hands-on with content writing, social media, graphic design, and event management is good to have. Open to Bangalore as a location.
