Head of Internal Communications (India)
We are seeking an experienced communications manager for our head of Internal Communications role in India. The person hired for this role will sit side-by-side our executive leaders in region and serve as a strategic advisor for their organization. This person must be an excellent writer and strategic thinker, must be able to work independently, and must have a can-do attitude. In this role you will provide communications leadership to senior executives around key initiatives, high level organization announcements, engagement activities, and other communications needs. You will also work closely with colleagues in our PR and client communications teams as well as HR colleagues in region and globally. Priority will be given to candidates who have prior experience excelling in large and global organizations.
Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in a communications field
• Exceptional writing and communications skills
• Event planning experience
• The ability to work across teams and geographies to drive results
• Executive presence and the ability to present to large groups of people
• The ability to balance local vs. global content
• Crisis communication skills and experience
