• . Act as a trusted advisor to Founders/ CFO and facilitates the development of long-term growth strategy
• Build, own and manage relations with both current and potential investors
• Lead and manage all future fund-raise processes including investor presentations, positioning, financial model and other due-diligence related material
• Identify and secure appropriate financial alternatives with structures that support the company\xe2\x80\x99s rapid growth with optimal cost of capital and with focus on bottom line
• Prepare business intelligence reports & dashboards to streamline the financial, operational and investor MIS across various functions
• Analyze and develop Industry landscape, benchmarking vis a vis market competition.
• Prepare and track annual operating plan and forecasting (Monthly / Quarterly)
• Prepare for regular leadership reviews by analyzing past results, performing variance analysis, identifying trends and propose corrective actions
• Help drive operational excellence through deep-dive analytics on business drivers
• Derive insights on key metrics such as Return on Investment / Payback, Unit economics
• Identify and propose Opportunities & Levers for Revenue and Margin improvement

Roles & Responsibilities

• 
  Candidates from Consulting / Investment Banking / Investor Relations will be preferred
• Prior experience in Corporate Finance, Debt/Equity raise
• Deep experience in financial modeling, analytics, forecasting
• An understanding of either dairy and/or fintech industry will be an advantage

Stellapps is the first of its kind startup in India working towards the digitization of the dairy supply chain. Started in the year 2011, we are an IIT Madras incubated, Bangalore based, Internet of Things (IoT) startup with a primary focus on data acquisition and machine learning. Milk is the largest crop on this planet and there is a strong need for technology interventions, especially in the emerging markets where the yield per animal is low, traceability is inadequate and quality is not up to the mark. Digitization of the Agri-Dairy supply chain in the emerging markets is where we help unlock unprecedented value on a very large scale.
