Job Description
Head - Corporate Finance would be responsible for equity & debt fund raising, investor relations and cash flow management.
As Head - Corporate Finance, you would report to the CFO. Your key responsibilities would be -
1. Early-Stage Venture Capital fund raising and due diligence
2. Growth and seed capital raises to an extent of ~$100 mn in the next 2 years
3. Managing cash flows of the organization in terms of working capital and cash forecasting
4. Financial model building, pitch deck story-boarding, curation and pitching to potential investors / strategic acquirers
5. Pitch-deck creation / ideation and marketing
6. Managing Banking Relationships with both domestic & multinational banks for financing & treasury operations
7. Risk mitigation & hedging
8. Investor Relations
Individual should have experience in equity and debt fund raising|Experience on buy side investment banking is highly preferred
You should be a CA or MBA Finance having 9-12 years of experience, in buy side Investment Banking. Alternatively, individuals with strong experience in equity, debt fund raising and investor relations in the auto / allied industry could apply as well.
