Data Feature Lead - Data Migration and Governance - Finance
The Data feature Lead is responsible for designing, developing, delivering and supporting enterprise digital master data management including Data Migration & Governance solutions to support Kimberly-Clark's global and enterprise digital transformational journey covering Enterprise data, Operational and Analytical solutions. Data Feature Leads should be effective at linking the architectural vision with the business vision and building solutions that focus on business value and technical excellence; helping K-C to adopt and implement Digital Solutions. Should be a passionate learner who keep up with evolving technologies and techniques and willing to experiment with them to test what would work for the business. Data Feature Lead has responsibility for maintenance of the enterprise digital master data management platforms. S/he is responsible for collaborating with the Solution Architect's, Kimberly-Clark's internal business and technology partners (both globally and regionally) and other stakeholders to ensure correct designs and implementations are in place to deliver timely and accurate master data to enterprise decision-making & operational processes. Essential Functions Build digital Business Technology platforms; designs solutions for an increasingly connected world Develops data solutions to a wide range of difficult problems. Solutions are innovative, seek opportunities for automation of tasks, and are consistent with organization objectives Work with the agile development team to help scope and design products for resiliency, redundancy, supportability, and scalability Ensure performance to system Architecture, Standards and Best Practices. Role requires SAP FI/CO Functional Architect with strong Process, Configuration. Integration and Data Migration experience. Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP Implementations / Roll-outs at large scale digital transformation programs. Design, implement and support the detailed master & Transactional data components of S/4 Core & Connected systems as well as enterprise operational projects for master data domains, enterprise hierarchies, master data integration and data quality, etc. Collaborate with project teams and architects on all aspects of functional requirements, data design, provide input to developers and testing procedures. Regularly interact with leadership on project work status and priority setting. Transfer knowledge to support resources to ensure environment supportability, stability & sustainability. Work with source system, SME's and business teams to determine which source systems are the best sources (and targets where applicable) of Master Data. Minimum Requirements Education required / preferred:
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Engineering / Computer Science / CA
Experience:
12-17 Years of SAP experience in Consulting
Applicant should be an architect level person with expertise in SAP FI/CO and worked in ECC & S4 HANA environments.
Must have rich domain expertise in Finance & / Controlling and SAP implementation experience in a large-scale Global implementation(s).
Well experienced in process designs, configuration, testing and Integration with SAP & Non-SAP applications
Lead / involved in master data vision and strategy, processes, tools and implementation strategy for Data Migration
Well versed in Data Cleansing, Mapping, Transformation, Enrichment, Validation, Migration and Reconciliation post migration.
Prepared / part of cut over strategy, Go-live preparation and post go live support
Integration experience of ERP core to SAP & Non-SAP systems
Good to have working or understanding on SAP MDG & associated integrations
Need to work closely with data architects, Enterprise architects and platform architects
Ability to influence multiple levels on highly technical issues and challenges
At ease in establishing senior level working relationships & communications
Ability to work in a virtual team which may work across distance (remote), cultures and time zones, in a matrix with multiple reporting lines, and may extend outside the K-C organization including suppliers, partners and customers

Working Conditions: Travel may include approximately 15% of work time. Travel may include travel via aircrafts and motor vehicles to various locations, if applicable. Varying working conditions may include prolonged sitting, typing and viewing computer/laptop screens, along with occasional bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, climbing, twisting, stooping, walking and standing.
