Job Description
We\'re looking for a Head Bartender to lead our bar program.

Responsibilities:
Manage the bar staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
Create and execute drink programs that may involve researching new cocktails and ingredients, experimenting with new recipes, and incorporating seasonal or local ingredients.
Maintain inventory and ensure all supplies are properly stocked and accounted for.
Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for staff and customers.
Develop and execute promotions and events to increase sales and drive traffic.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant.
Thorough knowledge of mixology and drink preparation techniques.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to train and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively.
