All special occasions and events will be taken care by and creating innovative cocktail, specials and recipes
Represents BAA for external & internal bartending competitions and advises all related participation and acts as a mentor for all junior colleagues
Tries new methods, equipment\xe2\x80\x99s required, new products and generates ideas for creativity
Prepare all needs for larger groups and packages
Keep bar records and files well updated
Monitor temperature records, recipes and daily availabilities up to date

2 years of experience as a mixologist in a hgh volume operations
Previous experience as a bartender
5 or more years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a fine dining restaurant, hotel, or country club

Must be able to speak, comprehend, read, and write English
Assists with creative brainstorming and copy writing for beverage related concepts \xe2\x80\x93 to help merchandise concepts at store level
Assists with new product development efforts, key shows and key account calls as needed

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 1 year work experience in a hotel or large bar with good standards

Luxury Hotel Experience Preferred as a Senior Bartender
