The Group Head position of Group 1 integrates & aligns systems & processes of a group of plants towards delivering the required production schedule in cost-effective manner keeping safety & deadline in mind.
Team Size: Team Size (direct reports): 7 Team Size (Indirect reports): 204 No. of contract employees handled: 109 Education Qualification: B.E. / B. Tech. – Chemical Engineering Experience: 15 to 20 years Business Understanding: Holistic understanding of business from production, maintenance, quality, SHE, finance, supply chain and marketing point of view Role & Responsibilities: Strategical 1)To develop system for sustaining the performance on cost, quality & deadline. 2) To monitor the budget of the group 3) To monitor the cost sheet of the products in group 4) Production planning of all products and its timely delivery. 5) Monitoring of schedule line adherence and its planning. 6) Leading the team, grooming them to create a talent pipeline. Operational 1) Compliances of all systems w.r.t safety, environtment,quality,SAP,5S,ISO systems etc. 2) To improve upon Safety standards across group to match global standards. 3) Regular plant round to check the operational issues. 4) Incident analysis.
