Flexing It has partnered with Our client, a leading FMCG organization, is looking to engage with a Consultant: Talent Acquisition Expert for a duration of 6 months project. Key Deliverables: - We are looking for a consultant who can drive end to end recruitment for HR; - The consultant will have to provide a strategic perspective in terms of understanding the HR hiring landscape, business acumen, mapping, play an advisory role to the business , come with the SME, deliver market insights, and be on point with recruitment; - Responsible for end to end recruitment, HR operations, mapping, sourcing; - Can help in identifying business gaps in the recruitment process. Note: Duration: 6 months Capacity: Hybrid (Onsite, Mumbai 3 days/ week; 2 days Work from home) Capacity: Full Time Skills Required - 5+ years of experience across recruitment, HR operations, corporate HR - Prior experience in FMCG, factory ER hiring is preferred; - Hands on experience across talent mapping, sourcing, screening, strong candidate pitch, offer negotiations, data and market insights; -Strong communication and stakeholder management, should have worked on driving HR talent priorities in previous experience.
