Job Description
- To conduct the audits for outlets and share the report with management.
- To conduct a recipe audit at the central kitchen on a regular basis.
- To do a store audit and inform the department on stock variance stock.
- To check internal stock issues of materials with proper stock indent challan.
- To monitor spoilages for the central kitchen and outlet.
- To prepare staff welfare (i.e., staff food cost) reports.
- To monitor outward and inward challan.
- To monitor stock inventory at the central kitchen and outlet.
- To monitor outlet return material.
- To monitor complimentary reports.
- To monitor void bills.
- To monitor discount bills.
