Field instruments procurement, installation, and commissioning
Preparing and performing planed preventive Maintenance &Annual Maintenances. Manpower handling and training.
Identify areas of obstruction/breakdowns and take steps to rectify the equipment's through the application of trouble shooting tools. Executing cost saving and energy saving techniques/ measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in expenditures and work within the budget.
Maintenance of Interlock Panel, power control centre panel, PLC panel, pneumatic control panel and VFD panel.
Knowledge and implementation of HSE.
Knowledge and implementation of 5S
Exposure in TPM activities
