• Candidate must have experience of electrical substation/switchyard project.r
• Experienced in phased project deliverables such as design reports, drawings and specifications for power distribution applications, including calculation of available short circuit current, voltage drop, harmonic distortion, load calculations, power factor, equipment, conduit, conductor sizing, electrical plans.r
• Review and approve project reports and designs.r
• Ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on strict timeline.r
• While the project is undergoing, a electrical engineer is also responsible for safety measures on siter
• Monitor the operations and working of staff on the siter
• Interact and communicate effectively with other subcontractors, and other staff.r
• The electrical engineer must think creatively and logically to resolve various issues in the development processr
• Overseeing construction engineering processes.r
• Performing regular tests on materials and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations.r
• Set a perfect schedule for purchase of equipment's and raw materialsr
• Contributing technical expertise to project drawings and designs.r
• Preparing work schedules in collaboration with the project manager.r
• Liaising between contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.r
• Ensuring that the construction project is completed on time and within budget.r
• Presenting construction project progress updates to clients and senior managers.r
• Strong commitment to quality of deliverablesr
• Strong analytical, conceptual, communication and organizational skillsr
• Ability to effectively interface with all levels of personnel and managementr
• Strong problem-solving skillsr
