Minimum 8 years of total experience in Strategic Development management years. 5+ years of Experience in a senior management/head/manager position.
MBA or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent experience.
Ability to deliver accurate work product on time
Strategy Development:
Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships across business units and ensure leadership is involved and educated on account and operations strategy
Independently recommend business solutions that are both data-driven and actionable
Develop business requirements for new systems, analytical tools and data sources to improve the effectiveness, profitability and client experience
Develop new solutions, practices and strategies to support long-term business growth
Develops, manages, and supports proposals and business development plans
Help create, define & prioritize program opportunities for each business development program, including sales/margin goals
Development of new business strategies that will drive long-term strategic value for the organization
Support strategic planning cycle by helping to identify business drivers, opportunities and risks
Collect and analyze information and data related to procedural efficiency within the organization
Collaborate and work with managers and executives to ensure strategies are performing

Capital Resources-

Ensure integrity and completeness of all data inputs into economic and regulatory capital engines consistent application of business rules as driven by risk methodologies
Work with Finance and stakeholders to develop and implement methodologies to allocate credit risk capital at the business unit, product, and transaction level thus facilitating decision making on the desired business mix at the micro level
Monitors and reports on the effectiveness of the internal controls pertaining to the capital plan, and associated processes, model validation, data integrity, change management and second line of defense reviews and challenge
Research and analyze market trends and industry competition
Present findings, projections and recommended strategies
